Built in the historic Five Points-Curtis Park neighborhood just outside of downtown Denver, the Mile High United Way Headquarters serves as a community hub, bringing together nonprofit groups and government agencies to serve the residents of Denver. LEI was part of a committed construction team who worked together to achieve a building suited for the community outreach initiatives of Mile High United Way, while seamlessly integrating into the historic neighborhood. The new headquarters provides office space for 150 employees and is built according to LEED certified requirements. The building’s electrical systems support the building requirements and contribute to the LEED certification for the project.
