This Design/Build Electrical Installation for a 100-unit Senior Housing Building is located in the South Lincoln neighborhood near downtown Denver. This project is the first phase of DHA’s plan to redevelop the entire neighborhood to include a mix of housing products. The design for 1099 Osage began in January of 2010 with a requirement for the building to meet LEED Green Communities. The design/build team worked tirelessly to improve the LEED points making it a potential LEED Platinum Project once completed. This is an ARRA funded project and is one of seven projects being tracked by the White House for its sustainability, job creation and housing opportunities for Denver Housing Resident Seniors.
