Design Build full electrical for approximately 3.2 acre site for use as an RTD park-n-Ride with integrated mixed-use development as part of a joint development with the transit facility. Required elements include:
- Driver’s relief kiosk
- Pedestrian connections
- Passenger shelter & amenities
- Construction of Junction Place between Pearl Street and Historic Depot
- Required utilities
- Traffic signal at Pearl Street/Junction Place (cost shared with Boulder and others)
- Additional optional elements which includes the “Accepted Alternates” pricing below includes:
- A mixed use development including some combination of:
- Residential units (mixed-income units are desired)
- Retail ground floor uses
- Commercial office space
- Parking for retail and/or residential units per Boulder zoning requirements
- Additional parking for use by the Parking District
