Design Build for RTD Park n’ Ride Complex, 5 story parking structure

Delivery Method:

Design Build full electrical for approximately 3.2 acre site for use as an RTD park-n-Ride with integrated mixed-use development as part of a joint development with the transit facility. Required elements include:

  • Driver’s relief kiosk
  • Pedestrian connections
  • Passenger shelter & amenities
  • Construction of Junction Place between Pearl Street and Historic Depot
  • Required utilities
  • Traffic signal at Pearl Street/Junction Place (cost shared with Boulder and others)
  • Additional optional elements which includes the “Accepted Alternates” pricing below includes:
  • A mixed use development including some combination of:
  • Residential units (mixed-income units are desired)
  • Retail ground floor uses
  • Commercial office space
  • Parking for retail and/or residential units per Boulder zoning requirements
  • Additional parking for use by the Parking District
