LEI Companies was recently contracted by the Denver Public School system to design and build a new East Quad Campus. The building will be located along the 48th and Tower East Quad Campus in Green Valley Ranch and will serve as an additional high school for the school district. The school will initially serve a student population of five hundred and will feature an environmentally friendly solar farm. Although the structure is currently designed to house five hundred students, LEI companies is working hard to develop a master plan for the school, so that they may have the option to expand to accommodate more students at a future date. In order to foster the well-being and health of students, the project will include structures such as a gymnasium, performance center, fully-equipped kitchen, and student commons. In addition, the East Quad Campus will include academic and administrative spaces to help enrich the lives of both students and faculty. The project is also set to include an outdoor area for sporting events, complete with scoreboard and ball field lighting. Following completion in less than four months, the rapid conclusion of this project will be a success on part of LEI Companies and Denver Public Schools.
